Octagonal stone font dated in our source (W. Graf postcard) to 1470 and attributed to Franz Nickinger. The font is made of two stones: a soft light brown marble for the basin and a a coarser light-grey granite (?) for the base. The basin is octagonal and, of the three sides visible, the left and the right have rectangular panels ornamented with high-Gothic tracery, while the centre one bears an inscription in Gothic hand; the underbowl has graded chamfering; the base is a short polygon (octagonal as well?). There is a wooden brown octagonal domed cover ornamented with foliage; the ribbed finial is connected to a rope and a pulley.
