Font Notes:
Illustrated and briefly described in Benzon (1973: 227-rettelsesblad) as a granite baptismal font of the Romanesque period; he typifies it as "Midtfynsk ranketype". Chalice-shaped and ornamented with non-figural motifs: the basin has a worn rope motif at the upper rim; the centre of the basin sides has a large vine all around it, while the lower side has a dotted-tape pattern and the underbowl a rope motif; the neck of the base is plain but is framed by the rope motif of the underbowl at top and another such motif where it meets the splayed lower base, the latter being ornamented with large loop motifs on it.
