Font Notes:
Illustrated and briefly described in Benzon (1973: 226-rettelsesblad) as a granite baptismal font of the Romanesque period; he typifies it as "Lillebæltstypen". The upper part of the basin is square with a wide basin rim ornamented with chevrons and floral motifs; at each angle, a human (?) head. The rest of the basin side and underbowl appear rounded and plain, except for a torus at the neck of the upper base; the lower base is splayed ending in a square at the very bottom.
