Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes des Yvelines (2000) as one of three stoups in this church; two of them, outside [not listed in this Index], placed there by Viollet-le-Duc. This one is inside; the hemispherical basin is wall-mounted and has a rope moulding at the upper rim; the front side of the basin has a shield with a date, 1690, and a Greek cross betwenn the lettres L and C. This stoup is listed in Palissy [ref.: IM78002241]: "Bénitier [...] D'applique [...] Grès [...] 1690 [...] H =16 ; d =18 [...] Croix, écu [...] Bas-côté sud, 2e travée, sur le trumeau de la porte".
