Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes du Finistère (1998) as a 17th-century holy-water stoup; chalice-shaped, like several other fonts and stoups in this arrondissement, it is notable for the large crucified Christ which makes the whole front of the stoup, complete with cross, "I.N.R.I." sign and the Golgotha skull under Christ's feet. There are two inscriptions on the basin [cf. Inscription], one relates to the donor, a priest named Yves Le Pape, and the second is a reference to his tomb which lies nearby on the north side.
