Ochoa de Alda's Diccionario of 1842 and Madoz' Diccionario of 1845- record the "iglesia parroquial" dedicated to St. Andrew and "servida por un vicario". Described in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?- , vol. IV**: 504) as a medieval baptismal font; the hemispherical basin is ornamented with ribbed pattern and mounted on a plain cylindrical base and a circular plinth. Described in Domeño (1992) in the same terms.
