Described in the Catálogo Monumental de Navarra (1990?- , vol. V*: 106); described and illustrated in Domeño (1992: 137 and pl. 158) ) as a medieval baptismal font [the CMdeN suggests a late medieval date]; the hemispheric basin is ornamented with a band of circles which enclose several motifs (six-petal flowers, potent crosses, etc.). The stem of the base has a two-volume truncated cone shape with roll moulding separation; the lower volume has a six-petal flower on one side and a six-point star on another; semi-circular plinth steps. A photograph from ca. 1992 [cf. Images area] shows the font covered with a tall polygonal 'rim-buffet' lid quite uncharacteristic in this area of Spain.
