Mentioned in Crozet's L'art roman en Saintonge (1971: 115) as a holy-water stoup, cylindrical in shape and ornamented with eight-point stars forming a reticular pattern on the sides. Stoup listed in Palissy [ref.: PM17001320]: "Bénitier sculpté dans une ancienne colonne romane [...] 12e siècle [...] Nef". Illustrated in Mémoire [ref.: AP17W02279, OA017_20221700574].
