Font Notes:
Described in the Inventaire général... (1976) as a 16th-century octagonal mounted baptismal font. Base is octagonal with vertical sides. The lower base and cover appear modern. The inside of the basin well is hemispheric but half of it is occupied by a zinc basin. The only ornamentation found in the font are external mouldings. Listed in Palissy [ref.: IM27000934]: " fonts baptismaux [...] La cuve est en calcaire ; le couvercle est en bois [...] 16e siècle".
