The entry for this church in COFLEIN [https://coflein.gov.uk/en/site/55093/details/st-grwsts-church-llanrwst] [accessed 8 February 2020] mentions a font in it: "The font is square on a later stem." The baptismal font is described in Hubbard (1986): "Bowl of weird organic forms. Square on plan, on a later stem. Were it not for the good state of preservation, a very early date might be supposed. It is possibly C17" [NB: not really 'weird' but, rather, a later version of a Romanesque font design]. Noted in The Open Churches Trust [http://www.openchurchestrust.org.uk/Churches/Llanrwst.htm] [accessed 15 November 2008] as a 17th-century font in this church [NB: this same source notes that the present church is based "on an ancient thatched 12th century church which was largely destroyed by fire in 1468, the present church was substantially restored and enlarged in 1884" -- we have no information on the earlier font of the original church]
