Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966- ) as a 16th century stone baptismal font ornamented with a low-relief scene of the Baptism of Christ. Described and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes des Yvelines (2000): the hemispheric basin has the Baptism of Christ on one side and cherubs on the other, while the space in between is crossed by garlands; the scenes are depicted on the lower sides and underbowl; the upper part of the basin has a roll moulding at the rim. The cylindrical stem of the base has a reddish tone and the remains of a shield motif which was damaged during the Revolution and which the source [cf. supra] identifies as the coat of arms of the Vion family. There is a small rectangular plinth of the same hue as the base.
