Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966- ) as (two?) other* holy-water stoups somewhat resembling the ones sculpted by Pigalle for the church of St-Sulpice of Paris [cf. Index entry for St-Sulpice No. 2, Paris]. [NB: this is a rather confusing reference since the two stoups at St-Sulpice are actually large shells which the king François I received from Venice; the bases of these stoups were indeed executed by Jean-François Pigalle. Are therefore the other Dreux stoups shell-like or do they look like Pigalle's bases?] -- [* there is one other stoup for this church listed in the Index as Dreux No. 1]
