Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966- ) simply as a one of two stoups dated to 1571. A single entry for the two stoups in Palissy [ref.: PM76000524] appears to indicate that they are identical: "bénitier (2) [...] grès [...] Cuves cylindriques [...] décoration des bénitiers : arcs [...] cintrés, motifs gothiques [...] 12e siècle ; 16e siècle [...] DATE : MVCCLXII". [NB: confusing -- are they 12thC objects modified in the 16th?]
