Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966- ) as a 15th century stoup ornamented with Moors' heads. Mentioned and partially illustrated in Lefébure's Chapelles de nos campagnes (2000): a 15th-century holy-water stoup ornamented with two heads of pronounced negroid features. Noted in Autissier (2005) as one of a group of baptismal fonts or stoups in this region decorated with heads. [Autissier (ibid.) notes other fonts with heads in this region at: Bécherel, Corseul, Dinan, Erquy, Pleur-Tuit and Saint-Malo]. En bas, au centre, une tête de lion rappelle la miséricorde. À droite, un lapin, signe de la fertilité."
