Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966-) as being a 16th century granite double font. [NB: there is an old postcard of a photograph showing a large stone vessel raised on the short stumps of round columns. The postcard bears the title: "3535. Gahrd (I.-et-V.) -- Parc du Prieuré. Ecuelle de Gargantua" [http://tikayu.unblog.fr/files/2008/08/gahardcuelle.vignette.jpg] [accessed 30 December 2013] - not known whether this is a baptismal vessel or not].
