Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966- ) as a holy-water stoup ornamented with an Ogee arcade, shields and rosettes. The Patrimoine des communes... Charente-Maritime (2002, t. 1: 457) illustrates and describes the limestone stoup: the lower half is polygonal and well preserved, with cartouche-like panels with different motifs (dotted circle, cross-shaped foliage, etc); the upper half appears polygonal as well but without the clean-cut sides and much damaged; the front side has an Ogee arch topped with foliage motifs; inside the arch, a shield is held by two angels; the other sides have the same arch with floral motifs inside it. [Flohic ref.: 17170104]. Listed also in "Églises & abbayes de la Saintonge romane" [We are grateful to Montserrat Estela for this reference]
