Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966- ) as a stoup ornamented with the protruding heads common in the Pays Basque. Listed in Palissy [référence IM64002917] as a composite stoup, the basin possibly 15th-century, the base a later replacement. The basin of the stoup is tub-shaped, with a chamfered upper rim, and a row of four human heads and four ball motifs alternating at the bottom of the sides. The broad cylindrical base appears modern.
Credit and Acknowledgements: We are grateful to Josu Fernández Villaverde, of Beasain, Spain, for his photographs of this stoup
