Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966- ) as a Romanesque baptismal font with expertly rendered ornamentation: roundels of palmettes with rope motif borders and human heads. The entry for this church in Mérimée [ref.: IA81030005] mentions a baptismal font in the Romanesque style "des font-baptismaux de style roman" as one of the few traces left from the medieval church here. The entry for this church in the Paroisse Saint-Vincent de Paul [https://saint-sulpice-rabastens-salvagnac.catholique.fr/patrimoine/les-eglises/les-eglise-de-la-paroisse-saint-vincent-de-paul/lugan-saint-blaise-de-sebaste/] [accessed 18 April 2025] reports a 13th-century font in it: "L’église abrite des fonts baptismaux du XIIIème siècle."
