Described in the Dictionnaire des églises.. (1966- ) as a Romanesque baptismal font built partly into the wall; it is ornamented with saw-tooth motif and stylised palmettes. Also listed, illustrated and described in Corbel (2000: 107), where the cylindrical support is described as a recent addition. On-site notes: the very irregular basin has a rectangular upper area and a somewhat rounded underbowl; the band on the upper basin has a continued saw-tooth motif, but only on the front, not on the sides; the underbowl has marked diagonal mouldings, again, very irregular, with several equally irregular motifs, except for one well-executed six-point star inside a circle; the other motifs are a few circles, 9-shaped motif, etc. As pointed out in Corblet (cf. supra), the plain cylindrical base could well be a later addition.
