Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966-) as a former Romanesque capital now converted into baptismal font; it is ornamented with animals. The entry for Nouziers in the Pays de Gueret web site reports a font and a stoup both made out of original capitals: "chapiteau archaïque, à animaux affrontés tournant la tête, retaillé et transformé en fonts baptismaux ; un bénitier en granit paraissant être aussi un ancien chapiteau"
