The Chapelle Notre-Dame-des-Fontaines, also in La Brigue, is decorated with an extraordinary set of mural paintings done at the end of the 15th century by Jean Canavesio (or Canavesi), a priest (?) from Pignerol in Piemonte (Source: Dictionnaire des églises... Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966-) as a 1575 marble font covered with a conical baldaquin of gilded and painted wood.
