François Bouchge's Le prieuré de Contamine-sur-Arve (Haute-Savoie) et les soeurs du même lieu (Chambéry: Imp. Drivet et Ginet, 1889): p. 73-74 reports a Latin inscription on the upper rim surface of the holy-water stoup identifying "CELSE MORIN Vingt deuxième prieur connu"; it illustrates the rim of the basin with the Latin inscription "CELSO * MORINEO * HEDVENSI * HVI * CONVENTVS * PRE * FECTO * 1551 * M", and gives a translation into French: "CELSE . MORIN . HEVDEN . ETANT . PREFET . DE . CE . COUVENT . 1551". Described in the Dictionnaire des églises... (1966-) simply as a 16th-century stone holy-water stoup. The stoup is listed in Palissy [ref.: PM74000155]: "Bénitier [...] Le bénitier est carré et sans moulures [...] Sur le plat du rebord il porte une inscription que l'on peut traduire ainsi : CELSE MORIN HEDVEN ETANT PREFET de CE COUVENT 1551 [...] H = 100 ; la = 50 ; pr = 50". The stoup appears monolithic in its exterior; the inner basin is square; the [Latin?] inscription is carved around the upper surface of the upper rim of the basin.
The entry for this church in the Observatoire du Patrimoine Religieux [https://www.patrimoine-religieux.fr/eglises_edifices/74-Haute-Savoie/74087-Contamine-sur-Arve/138037-EgliseSainte-Foy] [accessed 10 October 2023] includes the baptismal font among the "éléments remarquables' inside the church but gives no details of it [NB: we have not been able to get any further information on the present font; we assume that the medieval font of this church was lost or destroyed ca. 1589 when the church was damaged by the Protestants in the Wars of Religion].
