Listed and illustrated in Le patrimoine des communes d'Ille-et-Vilaine (2000) as a 16th century octagonal mounted double font; the upper volume is a single block of granite which comprises both basins and the link between them; there is an inscription with a date around the middle of the basin sides [cf. Inscription] and a moulding at the bottom of the underbowl. The lower volume consists of the two octagonal pedestals of the base and the rectangular lower base. Old-fashioned wooden lid serves both basins. This font is from the earlier church which went as far back as 1202.
