Listed and described in Le patrimoine des communes d'Ille-et-Vilaine (2000) as a 17th century [the date 1631 is given in the source without mentioning an inscription] holy-water stoup wall-mounted at the entrance of the former chapel of the castle of Montmoron; it is a granite hemispheric basin with very regular ribbed pattern on the outside and it appears to be a whole hemisphere, not just the protruding part.
