Font Notes:
Listed in Le patrimoine des communes d'Ille-et-Vilaine (2000) as a baptismal font; this source illustrates only the "lambris" [lining case] which totally covers it: a rectangular wooden box with scroll and rosette ornamentation on the sides; the vertical corners have foliage motif and heads. The top is plain with two square lids which, we presume, give access to a typical granite double-font. The "lambris" is dated to the 17th century in the source [cf. supra]

Notes: This is a "cased-font", in which the font itself is totally hidden inside a wooden box-like frame with two hinged lids at the top.
