Font Notes:
Listed in Le Patrimoine des communes de l'Allier (1999, v. 1, p. 459) as a rather crude example of a double-font and dated to the 14th century. The monolithic vat-like basin is irregular, plain and crudely carved, with a broken off chunk on the upper rim. It has a shorter and smaller stoup-like attachment on one of its sides, though it is not clear from the source information whether or not they are one-piece or two. The attached "piscine" is rounded in shape, except for the side at which it attaches to the basin, and it has a cylindrical base.
