Chalice-shaped sandstone stoup dated to the 12th century in our source (Patrimoine..., Allier, 1999, v. 1, p. 55). The basin is hemispheric although the underbowl has been cut to end as an octagon; the base is very short and octagonal. There is a lead lining in the well.
