Sandstone baptismal font dated 1691 listed in Palissy [ref.: IM67010444]: "Fonds [sic] baptismaux [grès] sur pied de section octogonale, ornés de petites rosaces en relief [...] La date de 1691 à la partie supérieure de la cuve est accompagnée des noms des édiles : Mathias Ostermann, Schultheiss, Mathias Scheffer et Lorentz Cratz, tous deux Burgmeister. Le couvercle date du 19e siècle. Le socle a été refait sans doute lors du déplacement de ce mobilier." Le patrimoine des communes du Bas-Rhin, 1999, v. 2, p. 1551) reports a slender octagonal mounted font of the late 17th century. The octagonal basin has an inscription running on its sides. The panels of the underbowl, which are separated from the basin by a moulding, have each a leaf or plant motif, and there are alternate rosette and half-ball motifs on the stem of the base sides. The tallish pyramidal cover appears to be painted wood and has a cross finial.
