Audibert's Manosque et ses églises [http://bassesalpes.fr/eglises.html] [accessed 15 April 2025] the old baptistery later became the church dedicated to St John the Baptist: "l'église St. Jean Baptiste qui fut un des trois lieux du culte primitifs. Ce n'est qu'au X° s. que ce bâtiment devint une église, auparavant, c'était le baptistère de Notre Dame".
