Bucket-shaped cast iron water stoup typical of Burgundy. This one has graded chamfering and a row of six human heads right under the rim; there are also two handles with rings. The band band below the heads has some sort of raised inscription [illegible in the source] and the whole stoup appears covered in ochre paint.
