Octagonal chalice font mostly plain except for a few angular mouldings. It is covered by a most Baroque tall wooden cover described in the source as "une tente ouvragé de sculptures représentant l'abondance de fruits et la fécondité. Au-dessus se trouvent les petites anges ou putti[…]" and has a robed figure looking like a toga-ed Roman general as finial. (Patrimoine…Alpes-Maritimes, 2000, v. 2, p. 915)
