Corblet (1881-1882, vol. 2: 67-68) reports the viscount of Saint-Andéol's discovery ca. 1867, in the ancient baptistery [cf. entry Mélas No. 1 in the Index] attached to the parish church, of "une piscine carré, profonde de 40 cent." (Corblet, 1881-1882, v. 2, p. 68) [NB: it is not clear whether or not the "piscine" was extracted, or what happened to it after the dig]
