Octagonal mounted font dated in one source to the 15th century, though Corblet's dating to the 16th is probably more acccurate. The basin is octagonal and has a band of foliage motif under the rim. The broad base is cylindrical with five horizontal mouldings, which cut across the vertical slanted lines of zig-zag motif. The font has a wooden low pyramidal cover, its surface carved with trefoil motifs and topped by a cross(?) finial. (Patrimoine…, Nièvre, 1999, v. 1, p. 380). Listed by Corblet (1881-1882) simply as a 16th century font.
