A font here is described in Corblet (1881-1882) as table-shaped and made of white marble font in the 9th or 10th century; the outer surfaces are plain and smooth whereas the inner surfaces are "creusées dans tout le pourtour de rayures verticales et parallèles." Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM34000214]: "Réservoir elliptique orné de stries parallèles, creusé dans un bloc de marbre blanc de forme cubique [...] Milieu du Moyen Age [...] Epoque romane."
