Illustrated in Van Drival (1858) [cf. infra]. Corblet (1881-1882) describes this font as having a square basin with three Ogee arches on each side); his illustration (ibid.) shows the upper rim sides -inner and outer- decorated with a row of saw-tooth motif -the outer has a double row; on one of the basin sides, in the spandrels of the arcade, there are two encircled Greek crosses; the inner well of this font appears square [NB: the original wood engraving was done by Léo Drouyn for 'Etude sur les fonts baptismaux', an article by revd. E. Van Drival, in the Revue de l’art chrétien (1858, t.2: 209)]. This is accompanied by a photograph of a holy-water stoup totally different from the font illustrated in Corblet [cf. supra]; it is a holy-water stoup located inside the church, at the west end of the nave, just consisting of a hemispherical basin decorated with a thick roll moulding at the upper rim, raised on a plain cylindrical pedestal base and a square lower base.
