On-site notes: an oval basin, mounted on a square bulbous pedestal, contains a double well, only one of the wells has a drain; between the two, there are two small rectangular receptacles for the crism, etc. The font is made of pink "veined" marble and resembles several other fonts of about the same period found in this area. The cover is a wooden dome flat on the outer sides, with a small brass finial.
