Described in Vivier-Seguin (1941) as an octagonal basin, plain other than a date "1573" on one of the sides; mounted on an octagonal pedestal and topped with a wooden dome cover. The basin has graded mouldings around the uunderbowl area. The wooden cover is octagonal with a large Latin-cross finial.
