Vivier-Seguin (1941) describe and illustrate this font as rectangular with the corners trimmed off, and a moulding at the top and bottom of the basin; below the basin sides the surface is chamfered and ornamented with half-ball motif (which V-S describe as "grosses perles"); the base is made of a series of mouldings tapering out; there is a drainage channel cut thorugh one of the long basin sides and upper base. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM50001173]: "Fonts baptismaux et leur couvercle [...] Granite [...] Ces fonts sont dotés d'une double cuve [...] 15e siècle ; 16e siècle [...] H = 90 ; l = 113 ; la = 82 ; Dimensions à l'intérieur : h = 86, la = 55 [...] Choeur, bas-côté nord".
