Vivier-Seguin (1941) report this font as being made of two blocks of limestone: the upper, the basin, is hexagonal with a moulded rim; below it there is a band of high-relief foliage under which is the upper base with Ogee arches on all sides; the other block, the lower base, is cut with several hexagonal mouldings and the lowest one, the plinth, octagonal. V-S point out also the dome-shape cover of matching ornamentation. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM50000955]: "Fonts baptismaux [...] Calcaire [...] 14e siècle [...] La cuve est de forme hexagonale à rinceaux, sur une base elle aussi hexagonale, à arcatures trilobées. Le couvercle, du 18e siècle, est en bois de chêne sculpté [...] H = 140 ; l = 80 ; la = 80 [...] Nef, angle nord-ouest [...] Oeuvre restaurée par Nathalie Allain en 2010."
