Information supplied by J. Seguin in Vivier-Seguin (1941): this is very similar to the font in neighbouring Gonfreville, a square limestone basin with rough sides; the base consists of a broad central square pedestal with a chamfer, and four hexagonal colonnettes. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM50009481]: "Fonts baptismaux ; couvercle des fonts baptismaux [...] Fonts baptismaux à cuve carrée supportée par un gros pied central hexagonal et quatre colonnettes hexagonales aux angles ; le pied et la cuve sont en pierre calcaire, le couvercle est en bois de chêne [...] Cuve datée du 12e siècle au 14e siècle ; les pieds et le couvercle ont été refaits au 20e siècle : les pieds qui avaient été brisés lors des bombardements de 1944, ont été refaits dans les années cinquante [...] Chapelle nord-ouest".
