Vivier-Seguin confirm Renault's description as a font similar to the one at Muneville-le-Bingard, except for the trimmed angles: square mounted on a columnar base; the basin, as confirmed by Seguin, has a blind arcade of sorts (Vivier, 1941). Described in Les siècles romans en Basse-Normandie (1985: p. 133 no. 369), where the basin is described as octagonal -obviously on account of the trimmed angles- decorated with a plain arcade and raised on four plain colonnettes (the image reference in this entry is "cliché M. Lelégard").
