There is an entry for this Ringmore in the Domesday survey [https://opendomesday.org/place/SX6546/ringmore/] [accessed 24 October 2021] but it mentions neither priest nor church in it. The entry for this Ringmore in Historic England [Listing NGR: SX6526845993] notes: "Anglican parish church. Mainly late C13 or early C14, but some remains of C12 work [no font mentioned]. The font here is made of a fine-grain granite, square with corners trimmed, and mounted on a modern black-marble base of a central pillar and four corner shafts. The ornamentation on the sides of the basin consists of: 1)plain side; 2)two trefoil-arch windows; 3)Greek pattee cross in a circle, and 4)three trefoil-arch windows. There is a modern wooden font cover. The font is difficult to date from sight only, and could very well have been re-cut; it does however still have the hinge evidence of an old cover.
