Font Notes:
Listed by Enlart (1902) as a 13th-century pedestal font. On-site inspection revealed what appears to be a capital and a stump of the corresponding column, converted at some point into a stoup or baptismal font; it is made of marble and has a square top; at least one of the sides is ornamented with a floral; the drain hole is on the side of the basin and it is now (June 2000) connected to a lead pipe that drains to the ground by the side of the base.
