Font Notes:
Stone baptismal font consisting of a square-to-round capital-shaped basin, a thick roll moulding at the centre ring position, raised on a short round pedestal base with a broad roll moulding below, and a short irregular polygonal (?) plinth; each angle of the basin is decorated with a foliated scroll formed by very large foliage patterns from the sides. A second font or stoup is located near this font, a hemispherical basin on a round pedestal base. Listed by Enlart (1902) as a 12th century pedestal font. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM02000968]: "fonts baptismaux [...] 12e siècle [...] Cuve carrée reposant sur un fût monocylindrique dont la base s'aplatit sur un socle polygonal."
