Listed by Enlart (1902) in a group of octagonal fonts ornamented with mouldings. The entry for this church in the Observatoire du Patrimoine Religieux [https://recensement.patrimoine-religieux.fr/eglises_edifices/62-Pas-de-Calais/62106-Bellonne/185625-EgliseSaint-Martin] [accessed 10 March 2025] reports: "Eglise moderne [...] construite de 1532 à 1546 avec les grès du village. Les fonts baptismaux datent de 1534, le bénitier et une colonne cylindrique placée à l'entrée du cimetière datent de 1546. Elle est détruite en 1710, lors de la Guerre de Succession d'Espagne."
