Listed by Enlart (1902) as a typical example of a crude medieval font and dated to the mid-12th century. The baptismal font consists of a polygonal [hexagonal?] basin with vertical sides plain but for a minimal moulding at the lower end, recessed underbowl of the same shape, and hexagonal-to-round pedestal base, also plain. The round wooded cover has a turned knob handle, also of wood. It is located in an alcove, inside the church. It could well be dated later than Enlart suggested.
