Font Notes:
Bond (1985) mentions the two "fontlets" together and adds that they may have been simply mortars mistaken for stoups. On-ste notes: one of two former mortars now used as holy-water stoups and located at side of the entrance; this one now sits on a tall pedestal base, obviously much too big for it; it looks like a mortar, it has pestle marks in it, ergo.
