Illustrated in Iglesias Costa (1985). The baptismal font has a hemispherical basin with a broad band of vertical "8" motifs right under the rounded upper rim; below this band is a thinner band of circles and crosses framed by two parallel incised thin lines; the underbowl is ribbed; the pedestal base is square, with chamfered corners, the sides decorated with Maltese crosses inscribed in circles; the plinth is trapezoidal, narrow sides up; the plinth may be modern or re-cut. No cover present. Noted and illustrated in Garcia-Omedes [www.romanicoaragones.com/1-Sobrarbe/99038-MorilloMonc.htm] [accessed 11 July 2019]: "En el lado sur del presbiterio hay una bella pila bautismal, la original del templo, hemisférica y decorada con una banda de adornos en forma de ochos, por debajo otra de círculos con cruces intercaladas, y en su fondo, decoración gallonada casi imperceptible a primera vista. La hechura de la base es moderna." Garcia-Omedes (ibid.) dates the building to the first half of the 12th century, but the font design and decoration, especially the ribbed underbowl suggest a later date for the font itself.
