Described and illustrated in Ruiz Montejo (1992): a crude font from the medieval period ornamented with clumsy ribs; it has a very pronounced upper rim; the "clumsy" ribs are also in very high-relief look and more like elongated warts than ribs proper. Also in Garma Ramírez (2000). Noted and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla-La Mancha: Guadalajara (2009). Baptismal font consisting of a roughly hemispherical basin decorated with a flat moulding at the rim, and thick and large convex ribbing; squat round lower base. [cf. Index entry for Abanades No. 2 for a stoup of the same period in this church]
