Font Notes:
Baptismal font made of jasper (Canellas Lopez, 1971). Described and illustrated in Antonio García Omedes' entry for this monastery church [www.romanicoaragones.com/0-Jacetania/60-Siresa.htm] [accessed 25 June 2020]: "A los lados de la puerta oeste hay dos pilas bautismales; una moderna jaspeada y otra más antigua, cinchada con aros metálicos". The basin of the later font is roughly bucket-shaped and is decorared with two roll mouldings at the upper side; the base is cylindrical, consisting of a short narrow stem and a slightly wider lower base, also circular. The narrow plinth, of a different stone, is also round. Flat plain wooden lid [cf. Index entry for Siresa No. 1 for the other font in this church]. There is also a late-date stone holy-water stoup in this church; it appears to be made jasper, a round moulded basin on a slendet circular pedestal and a round-to-square moulded lower base.
